Casual Christmas

I know not everyone loves to dress up for the holidays. Why not put on some jeans, put on a fun top, & add some faux fur!

It's a Stud

Maybe you are a little bit edgy but want to keep it appropriate for your grandmother. Grab yourself a little number with a touch of studded detail.

Deck the Halls with Leopard

Another way to pull off edge with your great Aunt Sally is to wear leather! No other marriage to me is better than leopard & faux leather!

I am literally obsessed with this dress. When I wear it people tell me that I remind them of the salsa dancing emoji LOL! I originally bought this dress for R & I's trip to Aruba (in 22 days) but I can't stop wearing it. Believe it or not I got it at Old Navy  AND it is on sale right now for ONLY $24.97 ! This dress has a lot of fun features from the trendy cold shoulder to the sassy ruffle not to mention the colorful print that makes a statement of its own. I love dresses for the instant outfit effect, it couldn't make dressing in the morning more simple. I topped off this look with my fun tassel earrings from my July's Rocksbox, a blue clutch, & a pair of wooden platform sandals.

Well dolls I hope this look has given you some inspo for the remainder of the summer! Enjoy your FREE gift & make sure to stop by Old Navy. I hadn't shopped there in a long time but they look good for men & women! Anywho till next time fash dolls!

How to Re-wear your Bridesmaid Dress

Hello, beautiful! We have all been in a wedding at some point in our lives. Which we spent easily $100 plus on that you probably won't wear again. Well today I am going to show you a way to wear that bridesmaid dress & bring down your cost-per-wear. Of course you can always wear said bridesmaid dress to another wedding but have you ever thought about dressing down your bridesmaid dress?

This dress I wore in my friend's wedding at the end of May for her rustic chic special day. On her wedding day I wore this with nude stiletto sandals, diamond stud earrings, & diamond tennis bracelet with my hair & make up done by the pros, I obviously wouldn't wear that look on the regular. To dress this lovely number down I traded my stilettos for espadrille wedges, threw on a denim jacket, & added a fun tote by Cappelli Straworld, Inc. Now I can wear my bridesmaid dress to a wedding/bridal shower, to lunch with the girls, or date night by the water with the hubs.

I absolutely love this pineapple tote, I will be bringing it everywhere with me this summer. How perfectly does it go with this look?! Cappelli is known for their resort/staycation clutches & totes. Their product presents great quality & attention to detail. Their spring/summer line includes: nautical, artisanal, festival, patterning & stripes, tropical, chic beach, animal print, & glitter. Their bags generally range from $25 to $75. They are celebrating their 60th anniversary & are owned by Dorfman Pacific, when I was a  boutique manager I actually bought their product for the store.

Well fash dolls I hope this post has inspired you to dress down your bridesmaid dress so you are able to wear it again. Till next time.

Stay Sassy & God Bless!

This tote is a test sample provide by Cappelli Straworld. All opinions are my own.

Oshkosh Called, They want their Overalls Back

Hello, beautiful! Happy Friday! I hope this week has treated you well. I have one of my bestie's weddings this weekend & I can't wait to be able to stand next to her on her big day. The same friend inspired my to buy my first pair of overalls since my childhood. My second job in high school was as a sales associate at Oshkosh B'Gosh, you know the kids clothing store? Overalls were in high demand during my time there. Now they are one of the hottest trends for adults coming in overall skirts, pants, or shorts (pictured). Keep scrolling to see more details.

I love the overall shorts. I think they are a fun spring/summer trend. Easy for the weekend or to throw on over your bathing suit when you hit the beach for the day. This particular one piece I got from Macy's online, they literally only had once size left. My friend got hers from the GAP outlet.

For a fun yet casual look I have outfitted my overalls with a crop top, espadrille wedges, & a choker. No weekend warrior outfit is complete without a coffee in hand. In this outfit I feel like 90's grundge meets a hint of girl next door.

Maybe this trend isn't for you or maybe you want to give it a shot but are hesitant. If that is you I would suggest maybe starting out with the overall skirt. I feel like that is a smoother transition. Like dresses or jumpsuits overalls are a great throw & go instant outfit. Life can be crazy so simplicity is our friend.

Well fash dolls that concludes today's post. I hope my overall look has given you some outfit inspo. I find that it is always refreshing to go outside our outfit comfort zone. I definitely stepped out of mine with this look. Have a great weekend.

Stay Sassy & God Bless!

Party in the Front, Business in the Back

Hello, beautiful! Happy Friday to you (insert happy dance). This week I have been getting to know my new customer as I have been transferred to another catalog in my company. The new gal I am buying for is a lot more conservative, classic, & chic than my old target market. So far so good!

My company has annually sample sales which we can pick up some photo & fit samples for ourselves. At the last sale I picked up this vest & these leggings both I am absolutely loving. Both pieces are on trend & fit my personal style.

Let’s start with the vest, I love that is has pockets & buttons at the neck. The fringe trim is my favorite; it is pretty clear that fringe is here to stay for another season or two. Long vests whether they are in a sweater or suiting fabrication are making waves. These leggings are a party in the front, business in the back. Meaning they are faux leather in the front & a ponte knit fabric in the back. They are so comfortable & very versatile; they have been getting a ton of use.

I challenge you to try a vest or some faux leather leggings for yourself! Get both the vest & leggings on sale here: VEST LEGGINGS .

Well fash dolls, till next time!

Stay Sassy & God Bless!
