Party in the Front, Business in the Back

Hello, beautiful! Happy Friday to you (insert happy dance). This week I have been getting to know my new customer as I have been transferred to another catalog in my company. The new gal I am buying for is a lot more conservative, classic, & chic than my old target market. So far so good!

My company has annually sample sales which we can pick up some photo & fit samples for ourselves. At the last sale I picked up this vest & these leggings both I am absolutely loving. Both pieces are on trend & fit my personal style.

Let’s start with the vest, I love that is has pockets & buttons at the neck. The fringe trim is my favorite; it is pretty clear that fringe is here to stay for another season or two. Long vests whether they are in a sweater or suiting fabrication are making waves. These leggings are a party in the front, business in the back. Meaning they are faux leather in the front & a ponte knit fabric in the back. They are so comfortable & very versatile; they have been getting a ton of use.

I challenge you to try a vest or some faux leather leggings for yourself! Get both the vest & leggings on sale here: VEST LEGGINGS .

Well fash dolls, till next time!

Stay Sassy & God Bless!

The 70's Called

Hello lovelies, we made it to Friday! This week's look is brought to you by the funky vibes of the 70's. There are so many trends going on in this look so let's get started.

This look features a window pane blouse, faux suede fringe vest, trouser jeans, & clogs. Hi the 70's called & they hope you're enjoying this look. Window pane & fringe are still very prominent trends. This neutral colored vest gives this look some relief, not to mention suede & faux suede in many forms is huge right now for both fall & early spring. Although I am a sucker for a good skinny jean there has been a shift to bootcut & wide leg jeans, they are the best selling shapes in my catalog & have been seen everywhere. I topped this look of with clogs & a belt!

Now I felt a little daring to throw all these trends into one look but, you don't have to! Maybe you only pair a couple of these trends together. Like fringe & wide leg jeans or window pane & faux suede, the possibilities are endless. In fashion there used to be these unwritten rules like don't wear white after Labor Day. Well these unwritten rules are a thing of the past. As long as you love your look & can rock it confidently, go for it!

Well Fash dolls till next time.

Stay Sassy + God Bless!

Feeling Fringe

Currently fringe is one of the hottest trends out there. These shredded hemlines can be seen on accessories, footwear, dresses, sweaters, etc. Fringe can add an unexpected edge to any ensemble. Here I gave my fringe a bit of a fierce meets 90's grunge vibe. I paired this Joplin Wolfepack with a flannel, black skinnies, and killer cheetah heels.

Trends can be risky business and how much you buy into it depends on your fashion personality. Fringe fits mine perfectly so I would invest in this trend like purchasing this bag from Gina DeWolfe. If you are more on the conservative side I would suggest starting with an inexpensive piece. Dip your toe with a small cross body or any other accessory. Fringe is HOT and it looks like it is here to stay for a few seasons. Give it a shot for yourself!

Happy Shopping!

Stay Sassy xo
